Below are the enhancements added to the team on the run webchat experience version 2.4.2 (April 2020)
Late Call Entry:
Push-to-Talk (PTT) Late Call Entry allows a user to join PTT group call:
if the call was rejected
if the call was taken and then ended only by the user (rejoin an already answered PTT group call only if the call is still active, meaning at least 2 participants are still connected)
if the call is marked as missed (regardless the call was received when the device was turned ON or OFF)
PTT Late Call Entry allows a user to join an Emergency Call:
if the Emergency Call was rejected
if the Emergency Call was taken and then ended only by the user (rejoin an already answered PTT group call only if the call is still active, meaning at least 2 participants are still connected).
1. Mute a Phone Call
User can mute and unmute the mic of a call by tapping on the mic button.
2. Activate the Speaker mode
User can activate/deactivate the speaker mode by tapping on the speaker button.
3. Leave the Call Screen
User can leave the call screen to perform others tasks while still on the call session by tapping on the hide button. To go back to the call screen, user can go expand the notification and click on the on-going call session’s notification message.
New Message Notification
User receives notification of new messages received through a visual notification in the notification bar. Notification displays the number of new messages received.
New Service Member Notification
User receives notification of new members that are subscribed to the service through a visual notification in the notification bar. Notification includes display of the contact picture if existing.
New Group Invitation Notification
User receives notification whenever they are invited to join a group conversation. Tapping on the notification message directs the user automatically to the group conversation screen.
Attachment Upload/Progress Notification
A visual notification informs the user of the progress of file transfer upload. Progress ratio is updated dynamically in real-time.
Sending Failure Notification
A visual notification informs the user in case the file transfer has failed.
Active on Other Device Notification
A visual notification informs the user when the service has been accessed by the same account on another device simultaneously.
